Parent Support Advisor

My name is Abigail Smith and I have been working as a Family Support Worker in both Primary and Secondary School settings for a number of years. I have recently started working with Wylye Valley School – You may have seen me on the gate on a Friday morning! I’m able to work directly with parents and carers to offer advice, signposting and support for a wide range of issues including –

 

  • Managing behaviour
  • Family relationships
  • Routines in the home
  • Attendance
  • Finances
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Adult learning
  • And many other concerns you may have!
