We're nearly at the end of our self-isolation! It was great to see lots of you for our class Zoom meeting yesterday. I also had a Zoom meeting with parents about the upcoming PGL Residential trip. Here's some short videos to enjoy that are all about PGL:
A day at PGL - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYs24HDhB9M&t=31s

Our class book is 'Boy in the Tower'. So far, we have read up to Chapter 16.
Today, I would like you to read Chapters 17 to 19:
On Monday and Tuesday, you wrote a newspaper article about the strange events that are happening. Today, I would like you to publish your articles. Here is a blank newspaper template - you can either type your article onto the template or print it off and write as neatly as possible.
We'll make a class display out of some of the finished work.
Our unit of learning this week is Percentages and Decimals.
Today's lesson will be To order and compare decimals
(For Ms Blood's Maths group, if you find this unit tricky, use the lockdown period productively by learning your times tables.)
Start by watching this video that will explain how to order and compare decimals:
Then complete this work relating to the lesson.
Finish off the lesson with ten minutes on Times Tables Rockstars.
Time for some exercise. Again, Kenich from PH Sports has a video for you to complete. This one is called 'Front Support Balance'.
