English

First of all, watch the telling of our story:

That Rabbit Belongs To Emily Brown by Cressida Cowell | Read by Jen | Story Time | Milkshake! - YouTube

What did Emily call her bunny? Write down the name of her bunny and talk about names needing capital letters, e.g. Stanley. What are your toys called?

Label some of your toys with their names including a capital letter, e.g. Sam the snake, Jerry the mouse, Simba the lion.

Recap the story which describes the Queen’s golden teddy bear. From 0:40 – 1:03mins of the video.

Write the description of the bear, e.g. He is stiff and new. He is a golden colour but looks horrible.

Try to use the words but and and in some of your sentences. Check that you have started each sentence with a capital letter and ended it with a full stop.

Understanding the World (Growing-Animals)

Here is the third lesson on this topic. It is about animal life cycles. At the end of this lesson there is a craft activity. Don't worry if you don't have the materials that are mentioned on the video. You can use whatever you have at hand to make a baby animal.
