Today you will be starting a History topic about Anglo-Saxons, Picts and Scots.

 

You will be studying the archaeological evidence at Sutton Hoo to ask and answer questions.

 

First of all, read the slides for information about archaeology and Sutton Hoo. When you have looked at the slides, have a go with the task. This is what you need to do:

 

Look at the Object Cards and the three challenges on the Challenge Sheet (at the end of the worksheet document.

Organise the objects into piles according to each category, then label each category.

List the objects on a piece of paper. You could take a photo when you have sorted the objects into each category. 

 

If you want, you can choose worksheet 1A, 1B or 1C to complete.
